- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional)
- 1–2 cups ice cubes
- Fresh strawberries and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Add frozen strawberries, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and honey (if using) to a blender.
- Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
- Add ice gradually and blend again until thick and slushy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
