  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, egg, cake mix, baking powder, and oil until smooth.
  2. Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
  3. Cover and chill dough for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Scoop 1.5-tablespoon portions onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
