Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz lump crab meat, drained
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 large egg, beaten (egg wash)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds or everything-bagel seasoning
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fold gently to keep crab chunks intact.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and unroll crescent dough into triangles.
- Place 1 tablespoon of crab filling on the wide end of each triangle. Roll toward the pointed end, forming crescents, and arrange 2 inches apart.
- Brush each crescent with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything-bagel seasoning.
- Bake 11–13 minutes until golden brown. Cool 3–5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best texture, avoid over-mixing the filling. Keep dough slightly chilled for easier rolling and cleaner shaping.
