Chill Out with Cold Tea Bombs are quick homemade remedies made with honey, ginger, turmeric, and chamomile, designed to melt into hot water for instant soothing relief during cold season.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon dried chamomile or peppermint tea
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Warm the honey gently in a small saucepan over low heat until fluid.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper until smooth.
- Sprinkle dried chamomile or peppermint tea into each cavity of a silicone mold.
- Pour the honey mixture over the herbs, filling each mold.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until set.
- Remove tea bombs from the mold.
- To use, dissolve one tea bomb in 8 ounces of hot water and stir.
Notes
Store tea bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer and use as needed for cold relief.
