- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry.
- Toss salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Cook salmon by pan-searing, baking, or air frying until golden and cooked through.
- In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
- Toss cooked salmon bites in the sauce or drizzle on top.
- Serve immediately with optional garnishes.
Notes
For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the pan or air fryer. Serve sauce on the side if preferred.
