- 1 (8 oz) can crescent roll dough
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- In a bowl, mix pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Place 1–2 tablespoons of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, sealing the sides.
- Arrange rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the pecans before mixing. Avoid overfilling to prevent leaks during baking.
