  • 34 tablespoons sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • Black and white sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers into 1/4-inch rounds and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Dice the red onion and jalapeno (remove seeds for milder heat) and add to the bowl.
