Instructions

- Dice Honeycrisp apple into 1/2-inch cubes, leaving skin intact.

- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour dressing over salad base and toss gently to coat evenly.
