Description
This homemade pumpkin spice coffee creamer combines real pumpkin puree, warm fall spices, and creamy milk for a coffeehouse-quality flavor that’s healthier and more affordable than store-bought creamers.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1¾ cups whole milk (or oat/almond milk for dairy-free)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (sugar-free option available)
- 3 tbsp pure pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice)
Instructions
- In saucepan, combine whole milk and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat, stirring continuously.
- Warm until small bubbles form at edges (do not boil).
- Remove from heat briefly, then whisk in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla.
- Return to medium heat, cook 2 minutes, stirring until smooth and well blended.
- Strain through fine-mesh sieve into a clean jar.
- Cool 15–20 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate 2–3 hours before use.
Notes
Do not overheat or the milk may curdle. Always cool before refrigerating and shake before use as natural separation may occur.
