Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper until smooth.
- Finely chop the broccoli florets into bite-size pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, bacon, red onion, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture.
- Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Toss again before serving and enjoy.
