Description

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles (no-boil or cooked al dente)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Extra Parmesan for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles if not using no-boil.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook 3–4 minutes until pink; add crab, salt, pepper, and chili flakes and cook 2–3 more minutes.
  4. Mix ricotta, half the Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream in a bowl.
  5. Spread 1 cup Alfredo sauce in a 9×13 baking dish.
  6. Layer noodles, cheese mixture, seafood, and Alfredo; repeat for 3 layers.
  7. Top with remaining Alfredo, mozzarella, Parmesan, and panko.
  8. Bake covered 25 minutes, then uncovered 10–15 minutes until golden.
  9. Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Do not overcook the seafood and always allow the lasagna to rest before slicing to ensure clean layers.
