Instructions
- Place serving glasses in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to chill.
- Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, and white rum to a blender.
- Add frozen raspberries, crushed ice, and simple syrup if using.
- Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and a pineapple wedge.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with coconut water or extra pineapple juice. Use high-quality coconut cream for best texture.
