Big Mac Sliders are a homemade, gourmet twist on the iconic fast-food favorite. Featuring juicy seasoned beef, melty American cheese, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and a rich special sauce, these sliders are perfect for parties, game day, or easy family dinners.

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 12 dill pickle slices
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, breaking into crumbles.
- Add onions and sauté until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Drain grease.
- In a bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Slice slider buns in half and place bottoms in baking dish.
- Spread half the sauce on the bottom buns.
- Layer beef, cheese, pickles, and lettuce evenly.
- Spread remaining sauce on top buns and place over sliders.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes.
- Uncover and bake another 5 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, use fresh slider buns and allow sliders to rest for 1–2 minutes before cutting to help them hold together.
