- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pickles, diced
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp pickles, diced
- 1 1/2 tbsp pickle juice
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat; season with salt and pepper and brown for 8–10 minutes.
- Blend mayo, diced pickles, pickle juice, mustard, vinegar, smoked paprika, and sweetener until smooth.
- Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and pickles in a large bowl.
- Add cooked beef on top and drizzle with dressing.
- Toss gently and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
