Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into 12 inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Optional: chili flakes, scallions, sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Toss salmon cubes with half the glaze and marinate 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add salmon bites and cook 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.

Notes

Use fresh, evenly cut salmon for best results. Avoid overcrowding the pan and add glaze at the end to prevent burning.
