Instructions
- Combine honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl.
- Toss salmon cubes with half the glaze and marinate 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Add salmon bites and cook 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Pour remaining glaze over salmon, toss gently to coat.
- Garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh, evenly cut salmon for best results. Avoid overcrowding the pan and add glaze at the end to prevent burning.
