  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

For the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 34 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free option)

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (or dairy-free parmesan for dairy-free option)

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Prepare the Steak:

    • Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

    • Let the steak sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.

  • Sear the Steak Bites:

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak bites in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until desired doneness is achieved.

    • Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.

  • Make the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce:

    • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, being careful not to burn it.

    • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

    • Gradually add the parmesan cheese, whisking until melted and the sauce becomes creamy.

  • Combine Steak and Sauce:

    • Return the steak bites to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the creamy garlic parmesan sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the steak is well-coated and the sauce is thickened.

 

  • Serve and Garnish:

    • Transfer the steak bites to a serving dish. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and crushed red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
