- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend strawberries with sweetener until completely smooth to create a purée.
- Pour the strawberry purée into the bottom of a tall glass.
- Gently add ice cubes over the purée.
- Sift matcha powder into a bowl, add hot water, and whisk until smooth and frothy.
- Slowly pour milk over the ice to create a separate layer.
- Carefully pour the whisked matcha on top.
