- 4 oz fresh mozzarella or brie cheese
- 1 cup roasted red bell peppers
- 1 cup arugula or baby spinach
- 1/4 cup caramelized onions
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze or pesto
- 2 tablespoons garlic aioli or mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Slice the ciabatta loaf lengthwise.
- Brush the inside with olive oil.
- Toast the bread over medium heat until golden.
- Spread garlic aioli on the bottom half.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze or pesto on the top half.
- Layer the grilled chicken or turkey evenly.
- Add the cheese slices on top.
- Broil briefly until the cheese melts.
- Add roasted red peppers, arugula, and caramelized onions.
- Close the sandwich, press gently, and slice in half.
