Instructions
- Boil eggs, then cool in an ice bath and peel.
- Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.
- Mash yolks with avocado, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and yogurt until smooth.
- Fold in chopped herbs.
- Transfer filling to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe filling into egg whites, creating a tree-shaped swirl.
- Decorate with paprika, red pepper pieces, and yellow bell pepper stars.
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
