Description
A quick and healthy Date Caramel Sauce made with Medjool dates, water, vanilla, and sea salt. Naturally vegan, refined sugar-free, and perfect for drizzling over desserts or adding to smoothies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Soak pitted dates in warm water for 10-15 minutes until softened.
- Drain and transfer dates to a blender or food processor.
- Add water, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- If too thick, add more water one tablespoon at a time.
- Taste and adjust salt or vanilla as desired.
- Transfer to a jar and use immediately or refrigerate.
Notes
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for three months. Stir before serving for best texture.
