These baked cranberry brie bites combine creamy brie cheese with sweet-tart cranberry sauce in flaky puff pastry cups, creating the perfect holiday appetizer everyone will love.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Place each pastry square into the muffin cups, pressing gently to form cups.
- Add one cube of brie to each cup, then top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle candied pecans over each bite.
- Bake 15–18 minutes, until pastry is golden and brie is melted.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve warm.
Notes
To make ahead, assemble and refrigerate for up to 1 hour before baking. Freeze unbaked bites for up to 3 months and bake straight from frozen at 300°F until warmed through.
