Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×4-inch loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a medium bowl.
- Add melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla; mix gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold dry ingredients into banana mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60–65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
