- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Add shredded cabbage, carrots, chopped pickles, and red onion to a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Sriracha, honey, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Pour dressing over vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Toss again before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
For best texture, drain excess moisture from cabbage before mixing. Adjust Sriracha for desired heat level. Store dressing and vegetables separately if making ahead.
