Instructions

- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until moist crumbs appear on a toothpick.
- Cool brownies completely.
- Heat heavy cream, butter, and vanilla until steaming.
- Stir in marshmallow fluff until smooth.
- Spread topping over cooled brownies.
- Sprinkle evenly with shredded coconut.
- Chill for 30 minutes before slicing.
