- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Gently fold in the crab meat until just combined.
- Shape mixture into small balls or patties and refrigerate for 5–10 minutes.
- Dip each piece into beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F over medium heat.
- Fry crab crunchies in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
