Description
These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate game day appetizer—crispy, cheesy, handheld, and bursting with juicy cheeseburger flavor wrapped in golden biscuit dough and brushed with a rich garlic Parmesan butter.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp garlic powder, divided
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cans biscuit dough (16 total biscuits)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Drain grease, then stir in cream cheese and half the cheddar until combined; let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle and place 1 tbsp beef mixture and 1 tbsp cheddar in the center.
- Top with another flattened biscuit and seal edges firmly with a fork; place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Combine melted butter, remaining garlic powder, and 1/4 cup Parmesan; brush bombs immediately after baking.
- Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and parsley before serving.
Notes
Ensure beef mixture is well-drained and slightly cooled to prevent soggy or torn dough. Freshly grated Parmesan gives the best melt and flavor.
