- 2 cups refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled, then drain excess fat.
- Scramble the eggs over low heat until just set and soft.
- Flatten each biscuit and place sausage, eggs, and cheddar cheese in the center.
- Fold the dough around the filling, pinch to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and garnish with parsley before serving.
