Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brown sliced kielbasa for 5 minutes and set aside.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Layer potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
  5. Add green beans, then sautéed onions and garlic.
  6. Place browned kielbasa on top.
  7. Pour chicken broth over ingredients.
  8. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  9. Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

Notes

Layer potatoes at the bottom to ensure even cooking, and avoid lifting the lid too often—each lift adds extra cooking time.
