- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown sliced kielbasa for 5 minutes and set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet for 2–3 minutes.
- Layer potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add green beans, then sautéed onions and garlic.
- Place browned kielbasa on top.
- Pour chicken broth over ingredients.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Stir before serving and adjust seasoning.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.

Layer potatoes at the bottom to ensure even cooking, and avoid lifting the lid too often—each lift adds extra cooking time.
