Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tubes refrigerated country biscuit dough (10-count each)
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups salted butter, melted
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  2. Whisk melted butter with garlic, oregano, parsley, and salt.
  3. Flatten each biscuit to 3.5 inches using a rolling pin.
  4. Fill each biscuit with cheddar and a spoonful of garlic butter. Pinch edges to seal.
  5. Place dough balls seam-side down in an ungreased 12-inch skillet.
  6. Brush with garlic butter and top with cheddar and Parmesan.
