- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat salmon and shrimp dry with paper towels.
- Season salmon with 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Sear salmon skin-side down for 5 minutes per side; remove and set aside.
- Add shrimp and remaining Cajun seasoning; cook until pink and opaque.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer until sauce thickens.
- Return salmon and shrimp to the pan and warm through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcook the shrimp or salmon. Serve over rice, pasta, or cauliflower rice for a keto-friendly option.
