- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2-3 minutes.
- Coat drumsticks with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Mix baking powder, pepper, garlic powder, salt, and paprika.
- Toss drumsticks in seasoning mixture, coating evenly.
- Brush remaining tablespoon olive oil over drumsticks.
- Arrange in air fryer basket in single layer without touching.
- Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Flip drumsticks and cook another 10 minutes until golden brown.
