- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain fat.

- Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle. Place 2 tbsp beef mixture in the center.
- Fold dough edges over filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Arrange seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over tops of bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and let cool 2–3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Avoid overfilling the biscuits to prevent bursting. Always seal edges tightly. Drain beef fat thoroughly for best texture.
